Responsibilities: To promptly answer incoming inquiries related to property rental in Jakarta from Emerhub´s website, emails, calls, and other communication channels Act as point of contact for Emerhub´s clients throughout all sales cycle Provide structured advice to property rental incoming inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and understand their property needs and preferences. Present our property listing to potential renters, highlighting their unique features and advantages Negotiating terms and conditions to secure property transactions that meet client objectives. Handling inspection for the client or with the client Meetings with clients and doing follow-ups Ensure all paperwork for transactions is accurate and complete Stay informed about market trends, property values, and laws and regulations related to property transactions. Achieve sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to management. Requirement: Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field; Required language(s): English and Indonesian; Based in Jakarta; At least 1 Year of working experience in the real estate industry; Understand of Jakarta area for expatriate and are willing to travel for inspection; Team player and able to work under pressure; Target-oriented person; Strong work ethic and problem solver.
